TMZ has obtained the police report about American singer Justin Timberlake’s arrest. According to the document from Sag Harbor police, they first saw Timberlake after he drove through a stop sign, shortly after leaving a gathering at the American Hotel with friends.
The police started following the singer after that. They say he didn’t drive in a straight line, and they followed him for about half a mile before turning on their lights. They eventually pulled him over at an intersection in a neighborhood. At that point, the police suspected he had been under the influence.
Police also noticed several signs, like Timerblake’s eyes were red and glassy, he smelled strongly of alcohol, he couldn’t focus, and he spoke slowly. The police also mentioned he didn’t do well on all field sobriety tests.
