Three years after Denis Villeneuve’s Dune: Part Two is here! According to Variety, critics who got to see Dune 2 are sharing their thoughts on social media. This is the first look at one of the most awaited movies in 2024. And guess what? People are saying it’s even better than the first one! They’re calling it one of the ‘greatest sci-fi movies ever.’ Director Denis Villeneuve keeps Frank Herbert’s space story going, and everyone’s super excited about it. Many say it’s a masterpiece, even better than the first Dune movie.

According to reports, Dune: Part Two picks up where the first movie left off. Paul Atreides, played by Timothée Chalamet, teams up with the Fremen to get back at the people who killed his family. And maybe, just maybe, he’ll save the whole universe while he’s at it.

The movie was supposed to come out in November 2023, but because of issues with the actors’ strike, Warner Bros. and Legendary decided to wait until March 2024. They wanted their big-name cast, which includes Zendaya, Timothée Chalamet, Austin Butler, and Florence Pugh, to have time to promote it properly.

But wait, there’s more! Not only is Dune 2 supposed to be better than the first one, but people are also raving about the incredible visuals and performances. If there’s one downside people mention, the movie is pretty long (166 minutes).

Zendaya, Timothée Chalamet, And Star-Studded Cast Stun Fans With Stylish & Distinctive Look At Premiere Event

London went wild on Thursday night when Timothée Chalamet, 28, and Zendaya, 27, showed up for the first showing of their new movie, ‘Dune: Part Two.’ Director Denis Villeneuve and a bunch of other prominent stars like Rebecca Ferguson, Florence Pugh, Austin Butler, Léa Seydoux, Stellan Skarsgård, Hans Zimmer & Souheila Yacoub joined them at Leicester Square Odeon. Fans were super excited and waited in long lines to glimpse them. They couldn’t contain their excitement, shouting and cheering as the stars arrived.

Zendaya made a big impression with her robot outfit, wearing a fancy Mugler Maschinenmensch (a fancy way of saying machine-human) dress from 1995, then changing into a comfy black vintage Mugler gown.

Surprisingly, film ‘The Menu’ star Anya Taylor-Joy, 27, also showed up, confirming her role in the movie. Other cast members like Dave Bautista and Charlotte Rampling were there, but Christopher Walken, who plays Emperor Shaddam, couldn’t attend the London event.

‘Dune: Part Two’ Release Date:

Dune 2′ will appear on big screens on March 1, 2024. For folks in India, it’ll hit theatres on March 15, 2024. Remember to mark your calendars for this exciting desert adventure!
